Organic sugarcane honey is produced exclusively in our company, which was concerned with selling a more sustainable product for the environment and healthy for its consumers. The sugarcane used in this process is from organic agriculture, where the methods used in the sugarcane cultivation are intended to preserve the soil, the environment and biodiversity, without the use of synthetic pesticides, fertilizers or routine use of antibiotics or growth hormones. The process of sugarcane cultivation and sugarcane honey production is controlled and certified by an independent entity, which attests to the appreciation of good environmental practices throughout all the production process.
Like classic sugarcane honey, the organic version is 100% natural, without additives, colorings or preservatives. In terms of vitamin and mineral composition, it’s rich in copper, magnesium and iron, and it has a high content of phosphorus, calcium and vitamin B1.
